Gardex Supports Ernestine’s Women Shelter

Gardex is proud to support Ernestine’s Women’s Shelter with a donation of $5,000 after they experienced a recent flood that caused extensive damage.

Because of our donation, along with others in the community, they were able to repair the Child & Youth Program Room, Homework Room, and Counselling Spaces that were badly damaged by the flood and mold.

Any donations received by Ernestine’s ensures that their vital programs can continue serving women, children, and individuals escaping violence — through 34 beds of emergency shelter, community outreach supporting over 650 people annually, and more than 1,300 crisis calls answered each year.
